Premenstrual Syndrome or PMS is observed in the women mostly in late 20’s or in 30’s. There’s no exact medical treatment for PMS as yet exact cause is not defined yet. But few measures can be taken to make the patient of PMS feel better. Exercise is considered best way to recover the patient from PMS. Supportive therapy is the most effective for the patient of PMS. You can try to change her thinking, giving her confidence and making her busy in some recreational activity can make her feel better. Use of sugar, chocolate and coffee should be avoided and only health food should be eaten with extra Vitamin B6 tablets. Calcium and Magnesium Supplements must be taken or eat foods with plenty of Calcium and Magnesium. If the patient is feeling pain due to Premenstrual Syndrome then Aspirin or Ibuprofen can be very much effective for the relief.
Medical Treatments are also available for the woman suffering from PMS.
