Eye strain is a bigger discomfort and ailment related to eye muscles. Continuous headache, pain in the neck, back and shoulders, difficulty focusing and others are related problems of eyestrain. At home, you can treat this disorder in following ways.
- Gentle massage can be very helpful for you to take relief from eye strain. Just take a few drops of olive oil on your fingertips and use them to massage on eyelids and upper part of eyebrows. Keep massaging for 10 to 20 seconds.
- Palming is another great treatment for eye strain. Rub your palms together to generate heat. Now put your palms on eyes without applying pressure on eyes. Try to be relaxed in this darkness for several seconds. Do this remedy for several times a day to get rid of eye strain.
- Sunning is also an ideal treatment for eye strain. Just close your eyes and sit in the sun in such a direction to let rays get your eyes directly. Feel the heat of the sun and keep sitting for several minutes.
