Saliva condition and flow are two main reasons for dryness of the mouth and it is a very common problem. But you can find its solutions to a variety of home and natural ingredients.
- First of all, increase intake of water and other fluids like vegetable and fruit juices, soups, etc. If you find it hard to drink water, use ice cubes to suck. An ample amount of fluid and water can help you avoid the problem of dry mouth.
- Take cayenne pepper powder and use it to rub on your tongue and around areas of the mouth. It will create burning sensation but would be very effective in activate slavory glands. Slavery glands should be active to produce saliva for reducing dryness of the mouth.
