- Take one raw clove of garlic every day, this clove can be fried in ghee (clarified butter) or castor oil.
Take two teaspoons of lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey mixed in a cup of warm water.
- Take mix half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder to one tablespoon of honey every morning before breakfast.
- Take slice 1/2 inch of fresh ginger and take it with each meal.
- Take half a teaspoon of turmeric powder with warm water.
- Take Guggulu (a herb) half a teaspoon twice a day after meals with warm water.
- Apply paste of 1 teaspoon red chilies and fresh gingermixed in half a cup of sesame oil and strain. Gently rub this oil on the affected joints.
